  • START: Departing Sunday, July 17 at approximately 9:30am from Motel 6 parking lot, exit #16 off I-75 in Valdosta and will communicate thru FRS radios-Channel 14 (for the 14th Convention, should be easy to remember!), and cell phones. Please check www.motel6.com for reservation information. The plan is for everyone from FL and surrounding areas to take their time getting to Valdosta on Saturday and spending the night here, departing together on Sunday morning. Gas stops will be determined accordingly along the way. It is recommended that everyone have a full tank at departure so we are roughly on the same gas-stop schedule.

  • STOP #1 We will arrive in Nashville, TN Sunday evening and spend the night at the Motel 6 in Goodlettsville, which is a suburb just north of Nashville right off of I-65, exit #97. Again, see www.motel6.com for reservation information. There is plenty to do in the area as far as attractions and dining. Anyone from this area is welcome to join us at this time. We will again depart around 9:30am on Monday morning and will arrive at the convention location in the early afternoon with time enough to get settled in before the welcome reception that evening.  The overall route is: I-75 through GA; I-24 from Chattanooga, TN to Nashville, TN; I-65 from Nashville, TN to Indianapolis, IN. Anyone along this route is welcome to join us. Please contact me directly with your location if you would like to join our caravan.
